TOYS ADVENT CALENDAR KIT

I hope that everyone is having a lovely Easter Holiday! This is just a quick post to show what the postman delivered to me today. Since it was my Birthday this week I thought to treat myself to this beauty!
Better go now, as I have all these threads to sort out.
 Aren`t these colors yummy!

WELCOME CUSHION

Here I have another Christmas ornament to show you,
 that I enjoyed making, .
I have been stitching this little beauty for two days non stop.
I turned it into a hanging cushion, with bells at the bottom.
Hope you like it, as much as I do!

TWINKLE

Just a quick update on my present project.
It called twinkle and will be a small ornament to give to my dear sister in law. She loves purple, hence the color that I choose.
As usually I will update with photos once finished!
UPDATE: Here is the completed project!
I hope that my sister in law will like it!

CHARITY SHOP FINDS

While charity shopping/trifting yesterday, I found these 3 (badly) framed cross stitches. I intend to turn them into small hanging cushions. As soon as I made them I will post photos here.

UPDATE: I decided to turn one of the cross-stitches into a pin cushion, instead! Sadly when I removed the other two from the frames I noticed tienie dots/stains, so at the moment, I`m trying to get rid of them... fingers crossed that I will manage so I can make something with them too!

UPDATE: I managed to get rid most of the stains on the cushion below. But I`m really struggling with the last cross-stitch. Hopefully a few more hours in the soaking water will help!

CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT

Yesterday I managed to make another small ornament.
Its from the magazine Christmas Ornaments 2011.
Actually nearly all the ornaments that I made
so far came from this magazine!
Must buy another magazine as I`m running out of
 ideas/charts to stitch!

Leaving you with photos of my 11 year old doing her tapestry!

She keeps asking me to teach her how to cross-stitch... I will during this Summer holidays! She will be the same age as me, when I first started to cross-stitch!

P.S- Many thanks for your sweet comments regarding my wedding cross-stitch, you are all big sweet hearts!

UNITED IN MARRIAGE CROSS-STITCH

Another cross-stitch that I enjoyed making.... this one is the most special to me, because I made it to celebrate our marriage. It was also the most difficult to make because the Aida holes were so small.  Once again, Enjoy!
P.S- Sorry for the poor quality of the photos, they were taken under glass.
